Please Note: The Adams County Judges prefer that anyone who receives a traffic ticket in Adams County, should take the class-room course provided by the Quincy Area Safety Council. If you have special circumstances, such as distance or other reasons, that prevents you from taking the class-room course, please call Wayne Wheeler at 217-224-0149 to access the online course.
